ASU REMOTE K12 Attendance Certificate |
Earned for each individual session attended in full at REMOTE K12. |
ASU K-12 Digital Teaching PD Certificate |
Earned after 5+ sessions attended and completed at REMOTE K12 by March 1, 2021. Certificate will be emailed within 1 week of completion of the 5 sessions. |
ASU Advanced K-12 Digital Teaching PD Certificate |
Earned with completion of advanced activities post-event by June 30, 2021. There is no charge for the advanced certificate. All enrollment details and requirements will be shared when you receive your ASU K-12 Digital Teaching PD Certificate email within 1 week of completing the 5 sessions. |
Step 1:
Attend REMOTE K12 live or after the fact for at least 5 sessions and earn the ASU K-12 Digital Teaching PD Certificate. This first step must be completed by March 1, 2021.
Step 2:
ASU’s Mary Lou Fulton Teachers College will enroll all 5+ session completers into the ASU Advanced K-12 Digital Teaching PD Certificate course in Canvas. An email will be sent to those that qualified.
Step 3:
Enrolled participants choose a specialty and complete work in the ASU course. Specialty area examples include: STEM, Equity, Teacher Self-Care/Leadership, Engagement. ASU’s Mary Lou Fulton Teacher’s College will monitor the course. The course is available until June 30, 2021.
Step 4:
ASU Advanced K-12 Digital Teaching PD Certificate with a focus in the specialty area will be awarded to completed participants on behalf of ASU’s Mary Lou Fulton Teacher’s College and ASU Prep Digital. Those that complete the post-event work will earn an additional 20 hours for completing the course. There is no charge for the Advanced ASU K-12 Digital Teaching Certificate, but you must complete Step 1 and the post-event advanced activities by June 30, 2021.
